This is where Coffee Circus coffee is roasted. Every fortnight we roast our speciality grade beans here in Valletta, in our own Seven Beans roaster, then send them to our cafes and to your door. It is the main hub for Malta's Coffee Circus coffee culture: where the beans, the craft and the community meet.
From green bean to your cup
Every fortnight we roast our speciality grade coffee in small batches on our own Seven Beans roaster, then send it to our cafes and to your door. Our packaging, local sourcing and fair trade coffee are part of how we work towards a more sustainable tomorrow. The roastery is not open for visits at the moment, but you can taste the result in any of our open cafes, or take a bag home.
