Uganda Clarke Farm (250g)

Clarke Farm is dedicated to producing exceptional Arabica coffee while fostering community development in the Rwenzori Mountains. Operating as both a commercial hub and a center for sustainable farming, the farm employs 600 local men and women, promoting good agricultural practices and providing essential training to smallholder farmers. By educating farmers on proper agronomy and harvesting techniques, Clarke Farm ensures high-quality coffee production while improving livelihoods. A premium is paid for ripe cherries, incentivizing meticulous selection and enhancing both quality and income for local growers.

Grown at an altitude of approximately 2200 meters, this single-origin coffee flourishes in the nutrient-rich soils of the Rwenzori range. Harvested from August to November, these beans undergo a washed process that refines their vibrant flavor profile. The result is a beautifully balanced cup with tasting notes of blackberry, floral undertones, ripe peach, and tropical fruit. Medium roasted to highlight its natural complexity, this coffee captures the essence of its high-altitude origin, delivering a bright and refined experience in every sip.
