Brazil is not just the largest coffee producer in the world but also home to some exceptional specialty coffees. While much of its production consists of lower-grade Arabica, the Mogiana region stands out for its high-quality beans, grown at ideal altitudes and carefully processed to ensure superior flavor. This specialty-grade coffee undergoes a dry process, meaning the beans are patio-dried while still inside the cherry. This method allows the natural sweetness of the fruit to infuse into the beans, resulting in a smooth, full-bodied cup with a delightful balance of flavors.

Medium roasted to enhance its natural richness, this Mogiana coffee offers a profile that is both sweet and complex. The dry-processing method accentuates the depth of flavor, bringing out distinct notes of dark chocolate and hazelnut, making it a comforting and satisfying coffee experience. The beans are classified as 17/18 screen size, ensuring consistency in both flavor and quality. Unlike smaller beans that may develop pungent fruit notes due to varying degrees of maturity, this classification guarantees a well-rounded and refined taste.

With its deep chocolatey richness and nutty undertones, Mogiana coffee embodies the best of Brazil’s specialty coffee production. Every sip delivers a smooth and well-balanced experience, making it an excellent choice for those seeking a coffee that is both indulgent and full of character.
